So we had this vegan ramen I got it, but decided I wasn't going to eat it. Dad said he would, but I think he'd rather go for whatever array of things he usually eats. (lest I should decide to cook for him) I kept randomly thinking about it anyway, and finally got the final idea, and time, to make this. He told me he liked it, so should you attempt it, I hope you think so too!

This recipe is so ridiculously simple, and tasty, it should be criminal. I don't say this merely to coax you into trying it, but it's marvelously refreshing when one is feeling heated like plain water, but with lovely, and apparently rather good for you, essence of almond.
Basic Almond Milk
¾ cup almonds
3 ½ cups water (filtered would be best)
Soak almonds for twelve hours at least. Drain, and wash nuts well (the water will have turned a murky white). Place in a blender with the water and blend, first on low, then high speed. Please don't let the mixture get to hot while blending, by stopping for a bit before starting to
Apple Pie (Makes two pies)
Dough:
Ingredients:
5 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 lb shortening
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cups cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
Filling:
10 apples
cinnamon sugar
1/4 cup butter
What to do:
-get bowl of flour, and put shortening in it. start breaking the shortening apart, about almond size.
-add salt, and set aside.
-Now get a measuring cup, and add your vinegar, water and egg. Beat untuil all is dissolved.
-Add water mixture to flour mixture, knead, roll out on floured table, and continue to knead.
-DON'T OVER KNEAD! dough will become hard! just enough until it stays together. add water if needed

Lemon Ice Fluff
2 lemons
2 cups sugar
5 strawberries
5 raspberries
2 cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup half and half
Juice lemons. Add lemon juice, strawberries, and raspberries in a large pot and bring to a low heat, a gentle boil. Once boiled, let the mix sit for a while to cool in the fridge. Remove from fridge once cool and thick. Add the heavy whipping cream , the half and half, the fruit mix, and the sugar into a bowl or blender and blend or whisk until light a fluffy. Keep in the fridge to keep firm and serve.
Channey's quick breadstix
1 package microwaveable soft pretzels
1 stick butter
2 handfuls mozzarella or pizza cheese
3 cups water
Defrost and split in half length wise. Fill with sliced squared pieces of butter and sprinkle with cheese inside. Place top piece back on. Put a pot filled with the water under the baking sheet. Bake untill soft and brown and chesses is melted.
