Tofu Noodle Salad BowlSo we had this vegan ramen…I got it, but decided I wasn't going to eat it. Dad said he would, but I think he'd rather go for whatever array of things he usually eats. (lest I should decide to cook for him) I kept randomly thinking about it anyway, and finally got the final idea, and time, to make this. He told me he liked it, so should you attempt it, I hope you think so too!

Noodle Salad Bowl with Tofu Steaks (1 serving)

Half a block of firm tofu, packed in water (Wildwood brand sprouted soybean tofu is pleasant to me)
A few slices of white or red onion
Nama Shoyu (raw soy sauce; this black, aromatic substance rocks – made witTofu Noodle Salad Bowl by ~rbMalees
Almond MilkieThis recipe is so ridiculously simple, and tasty, it should be criminal. I don't say this merely to coax you into trying it, but it's marvelously refreshing when one is feeling heated – like plain water, but with lovely, and apparently rather good for you, essence of almond.

Basic Almond Milk

¾ cup almonds
3 ½ cups water (filtered would be best)

Soak almonds for twelve hours at least. Drain, and wash nuts well (the water will have turned a murky white). Place in a blender with the water and blend, first on low, then high speed. Please don't let the mixture get to hot while blending, by stopping for a bit before starting to Almond Milkie by ~rbMalees
Apple Pie RecipeApple Pie (Makes two pies)

Dough:

Ingredients:

5 ½ cups all purpose flour

1 lb shortening

1 tsp salt

1 ½ cups cold water

1 egg

1 tbsp vinegar

Filling:

10 apples

cinnamon sugar

1/4 cup butter

What to do:

-get bowl of flour, and put shortening in it. start breaking the shortening apart, about almond size.

-add salt, and set aside.

-Now get a measuring cup, and add your vinegar, water and egg. Beat untuil all is dissolved.

-Add water mixture to flour mixture, knead, roll out on floured table, and continue to knead.

-DON'T OVER KNEAD! dough will become hard! just enough until it stays together. add water if needed

Lemon ice fluffLemon Ice Fluff

2 lemons

2 cups sugar

5 strawberries

5 raspberries

2 cups heavy whipping cream

½ cup half and half

Juice lemons. Add lemon juice, strawberries, and raspberries in a large pot and bring to a low heat, a gentle boil. Once boiled, let the mix sit for a while to cool in the fridge. Remove from fridge once cool and thick.  Add the heavy whipping cream , the half and half, the fruit mix, and the sugar into a bowl or blender and blend or whisk until light a fluffy. Keep in the fridge to keep firm and serve.Lemon ice fluff by ~Chillaxes

:bulletblue: I have worked on the gallery some, the one that says Group Things, please put logos or anything else that the group can use with our name on it. ^_^ Also, I noticed A LOT of photos I hade to get rid of, I'm not trying to be mean, they are great..but let's have a reason to put them up. Nature, animals are all right....but other things Like shoes, or and eye are to random. UNLESS they have a meaning like an eye asking to stop animal abuse with info..

ALSO, I have made it were people need to vote..that way we don't get spammed. It's not that bad..some take 1 or 2 votes. Non members it takes 4. PLEASE if you want to submit, become a member. Thank you! ^_^ Oh, CONTRIBUTORS, you can invite, I changed it! Everyone can pretty much invite.

Being vegetarian will not contribute to animal welfare at all. If that is what people are trying to achieve I suggest they pick a new hobby...And gloating about it on deviantart, please.
